Firearm Transfer Information


Transfer policy for all firearms transfered through The Morrigan Company, Ltd: Although not required, any tracking information the buyer may have, is requested; so that we can provide a better service to you.  Cost is $25.00 per firearm.* 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide any and all contact information for a seller that is requesting verification of our license.

We comply with ALL applicable Federal and State Laws.

* Transfer fee of $25 is for firearms received at our place of business.  Any firearm(s) requiring pick up at a location other than our place of business will be charged $30 per firearm (ie., USPO, FED EX, UPS, etc.) per transfer.

 Refund Policy:  If your course/seminar requires a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, it is required to reserve you a seat in the course.  It also ensures that the course or seminar will still be held for others that have signed up, in the event you fail to show.  In the event that you fail to show for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded-- it can, however, be applied to any future course fee.

If you have paid your deposit and/or any additional fees; and TMC, Ltd. cancels a course or seminar, for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
